Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- DOT Medical card
- No Major Violations in the last 3 years
- No more than five (5) minor violations in the last 3 years
- No more than one (1) chargeable accident in the past 3 years
- Must have a valid driver’s license minimum 2 years
- Minimum of two (2) years continuous driving experience, within twenty-four (24) months of the policy inception date or date of hire, whichever is the later.
- If you were in an accident, we need a copy of the police report before coming in for drug testing
